A leading German international client is looking for an German speaking Office Manager / Personal Assistant for their small London office. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office as well as PA support duties to the General Manager. In this hybrid role as an Office Manager / Personal Assistant, you will be able to work from home two days per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diary management, travel arrangements and event coordination
Liaising with suppliers/contractors and billing clients
Invoicing monthly expenses and liaising with finance departments
General administration and office managementAbout you:
The ideal candidate will responsible and well-presented with previous experience dealing with high-profile clients and working in a Personal Assistant role in a corporate environment. Finance sector preferable but not mandatory. Due to working in a smaller size team, you will be self-motivated, organised and able to multitask to fulfil the day to day responsibilities
Profile:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both German and English.
Previous experience in administration as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Team Secretary or Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent administration and organisational skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of client relationship management.
