We are seeking an experienced BMS Supervisor to oversee their small teams working on projects in and around East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams on BMS installations, maintenance, and servicing tasks, with expertise in Trend and Tridium systems.

Key Responsibilities of this role to include:

* Supervise and coordinate BMS installation, servicing, and maintenance projects for established contracts across East London

* Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of work, safety, and compliance

* Collaborate with project managers to meet project timelines, budgets, and client requirements

* Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and support on Trend and Tridium BMS systems as needed

* Ensure technical and safety standards are met throughout all project phases

* Mentor and support team members, fostering skill development and a positive team environment

Required Skills and Experience for the role include:

* Proven experience supervising teams on BMS projects, with a strong focus on installations, service, and maintenance

* Expertise in Trend and/or Tridium BMS systems

* Solid understanding of BMS systems, controls, and electrical principles

* Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to interact professionally with clients and team members

* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
