Service Improvement Specialist
Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: Up to 65k (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

Let us introduce the role
AWE is currently recruiting for a Service Improvement Specialist.
In this exciting, brand-new role, you will work to identify, develop, and deliver improvements across the AWE Estates portfolio, working collaboratively with supply chain and internal teams.
You will support the Business Transformation Manager to deliver the strategic objectives of the programmes, adding an operational lens and building strong tactical relationships across the organisation.
This role will suit someone who has excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining long lasting relationships with Stakeholders of all levels.

We do need you to have the following:
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with and to influence stakeholders using effective communication.
Able to adapt quickly to change and introduce new ways of working, delivering appropriate solutions in a cost effective and cost-efficient way.
Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:
Experience of change management is desirable but is not essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to identify problems, evaluate options and execute solutions.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A creative flair and innovative complex problem-solving mindset.
You'll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload. You will also have initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
