Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Near Thatcham
Salary: c£50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
Job Type: Full Time, PermanentMy client are a leading provider of products and services for industrial markets, they are seeking a self-motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our small, friendly, and professional team. Day-to-day of the role:

Responsible for the full product lifecycle of machine electrical and control systems, including assembly, testing, and commissioning.
Carry out both electrical and mechanical work on bespoke production equipment.
Deliver high-quality projects within budget, cost, and time parameters.
Adhere to best practice guidelines as laid out in specification documentation, including UKCA, CE, and UL.
National and International travel for on-site commissioning and servicing of equipment, including fault finding and offering technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Electrical Engineering qualification.
Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
Rockwell RS5000 and Siemens S7 PLC programming skills.
Competence in electrical and mechanical systems (3 phase, motors, inverters, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics).
Customer-facing experience and comfortable in office, workshop, and factory environments.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of CAD software (E plan / AutoCAD).
Experience with Equipment UKCA/CE Marking and Risk Assessment.
