Job Title: Plumber – New Build Installations

Location: Stroud

Salary: £20 p/h

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team, focusing on installations for new build properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for first and second fix plumbing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, drains, and fixtures, in new build properties.

*

Perform first and second fix plumbing, including pipework, heating systems, and bathroom installations.

*

Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.

*

Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.

*

Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure all work meets inspection standards.

*

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

*

Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.

*

Valid CSCS card.

*

Experience with first and second fix plumbing in new build properties.

*

Strong understanding of plumbing systems and materials.

*

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
