Welder Fabricator – Afternoon Shift, 4 Day Working Week
Location: Coalville
Salary: Up to £35,300 per year (including shift premium) depending on experience
Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday, late afternoon shift between 2pm - 1am

Our client is expanding due to a recent large-scale project win, and as a result, we are looking to add a skilled Welder Fabricator to their team in Coalville. Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out MIG welding tasks to a high standard.

* Interpret and work from engineering drawings.

* Work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

* Ensure safety and quality are maintained throughout the fabrication process.

* Meet and exceed productivity targets as part of a collaborative team.

What We Are Looking For:

* Essential:

* Proven experience in MIG welding.

* Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

* Desirable:

* Experience with press brake or plasma cutting machines.
