Key Operator - Mars, Royal Canin

Shift: alternating weekend shifts - 8hrs Fri + 12hrs 10pm-10am Sat & Sun or 12hrs 10am-10pm Sat & Sun + 8hrs Mon

Salary: Circa £28,000 + shift pay & company bonus

The Key Operator manages various production activities including: planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.

What are we looking for?

FMCG experience running food processes or packaging lines

Experience in coordinating different activities in an operational environment ( managing / leading people experience is a plus)

Excellent problem solving skills

Experience in cleaning and sanitation

Nice-to-have: FLT licence

What will be your key responsibilities?

Delivering production as planned inline with operational targets

Coordinate different operational activities in shift

Run pack line or food process if operator is absent

Step us as team leader in 10-15% of time
