Senior Quantity Surveyor

Day to Day of the role:

Manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects with high levels of commercial competency, accountability, and quality.
Work closely across disciplines to ensure successful project delivery within budget to enable growth.
Be client-facing to promote business development and growth, while cross-selling services and locations.
Embrace the company culture to develop greater teamwork and mentor/develop colleagues.
Provide specialist advice to stakeholders and clients, while broadening your own technical, commercial, and legal knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A track record of managing and leading projects across highways, rail, energy, and utility sectors.
Membership or progression towards the Chartered Institute of Surveyors (RICS) or other recognised equivalent bodies.
Extensive experience with common forms of Construction Contracts such as NEC, FIDIC, etc.
Working knowledge of Prism or other reporting systems.
Excellent understanding of industry best practices and standards.
Ability to inspire and motivate people to successfully deliver projects and unlock future talent.
