Year 3 Primary Teacher - Immediate Start

Our client, a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Watford, Hertfordshire, is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a small class of 20 children, alongside a full-time Teaching Assistant.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Year 3 Primary Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Foster a positive learning environment that supports student progress and well-being
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and EAL pupils
Work closely with the Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support where needed
Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to learning

What We're Looking For

A qualified Primary Teacher with QTS
Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 3 experience is desirable but not essential)
A passion for education and a commitment to student success
Strong classroom management and the ability to create an engaging learning environment
A team player who is eager to contribute to school life
