Description
Manage day-to-day operations of the construction department
Develop and implement strategic plans for operational activity
Oversee project management to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Oversee resource allocation and budgeting
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Report operational performance to the senior management teamProfile
A successful Operation Manager should have:
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related construction field
Proven experience in managing operations within the contracting world
Excellent project management skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Adeptness in strategic planning and budgeting
