We are working exclusively with a Chemical Manufacturer who are looking for an ambitious Production Manager to join the team, based in Blackburn.

Key Responsibilities/The Candidate

Experience working within a Chemical Manufacturer.
Able to manage a team and direct reports with KPIS such as waste, efficiency, quality and customer complaints, daily, weekly and monthly.
Able to use different ERP Systems and get involved with the Production Planning side.
Experience working on COMAH Sites whilst ensuring Health & safety requirements in all areas of the plant with legal requirements.
The ability to show strong leadership and management skills creating an effective culture with Continuous Improvement techniques & LEAN Processes.
Able to manage, plan and schedule for the shift with strong communication skills.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout.
Able to work and stay calm under pressure and implement a positive culture throughout.
HACCP Certified.Salary
