Job Title: Marketing Campaign Manager

Location: Solihull, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a strong, consistent brand identity and message.
Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating compelling content and engaging with our audience.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and analysis of results.
Public Relations (PR): Develop and maintain relationships with media and influencers to promote our brand and secure press coverage.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve our marketing strategies.Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing within hospitality, travel & tourism sectors (desirable not essentail)
Strong understanding of campaign management, brand management, social media, email marketing, and PR.
Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desirable Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
