TSA Surveying is representing a national architectural and building consultancy seeking an ambitious building surveyor that they can support through their training and grow along with the company.
 
Due to increased workload from new frameworks and clients, they are looking to add a building surveyor to their team. The successful candidate will engage in a mix of project and survey work, with a project bias, across sectors such as transport, healthcare, and commercial. However, the majority of the role will involve work in education for clients like academy trusts, private schools, and universities. Expect to work on diverse projects, including heating replacements, extensions, refits, and renovations on both new builds and heritage buildings.
 
The Manchester office currently has a team of eight building surveyors, most of whom are very senior. This seniority provides a supportive environment for a building surveyor. Last year, the consultancy generated £1.3m in fees, with a target of £1.5m this year, a goal that is achievable due to new frameworks and clients. Their commitment to quality results in high client retention and significant repeat business.
