About the role: We’re looking for a passionate and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Camden. You’ll be working in the school’s dedicated ARP (Additional Resource Provision) class, which has been specially designed to support students with ASD. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working part-time, supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students. This role will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of children who need extra support, helping them build confidence, social skills, and independence.

Application Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with ASD (desirable but not essential).
• A passion for supporting SEN students in a primary school setting.

• Relevant teaching assistant qualification is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with ASD in both 1:1 and group settings.
• Assisting the class teacher in creating a structured and engaging learning environment.
Promoting social and emotional development in students.
• Helping students with their personal care needs (if required)
• Implementing strategies to support students with communication and sensory needs.
