A new SEN school has opened in the Maidstone area and are seeking a SEN Teacher to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This role is for an immediate start and the Successful SEN Teacher will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver lessons to students with learning difficulties and SEMH needs. The Ideal SEN Teacher should have prior experience in a similar role to ensure the students are able to learn to the best of their abilities.

Students at the school currently range from ages 5-18 and classrooms contain 4 – 8 students. Students are provided a balance of educational and vocational instruction while learning communication strategies, integrating speech and occupational therapy methods and engaging in community immersion via volunteer activities, service-learning projects, and community outings. This school provides a balanced curriculum to ensure that all students receive a high quality and appropriate education and move seamlessly to the next stage of their education.
