Job Title: Site Operative / Labourer

Location: Severn Beach, Bristol, BS10

Contract Details: Temp To Perm

Shifts: You must be available for all shifts on a 3 week rotation, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am

Salary: £15 per hour with weekly pay

About Our Client: Our client is a leading organisation in the manufacturing industry, operating an Aggregate Manufacturing Plant. They are committed to producing high-quality products and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This is a 24/7 operation and you must be prepared to work outside.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the manufacturing production line and ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
Maintaining a clean and functional site including carrying out minor maintenance.
Manual labour including lifting and shifting heavy goods.
Assist the Team Leader with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as outlined in site manuals
Identify potential breakdowns and assist with maintenance and materials handling
Demonstrate a proactive approach towards health, safety, welfare, and security matters
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Site ManagerEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Excellent communication skills
Good computer skills
Physically Fit - this is a role where you are always on your feet.
Excellent reliabilityDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Tele-handler or Fork Truck Licence (not essential)
Experience within a manufacturing site, preferably in the waste, raw materials, aggregates, or construction industryBenefits & Perks:
