I'm working with a top-tier FMCG manufacturer in  who are looking for a Shift Engineer Lead to join their growing team. It's an opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery in a company, and lead a multiskilled engineering team when on shift.

You would need to be a hands-on Engineer to join the team and oversee maintenance activities across production machinery. Furthermore to help deliver quality, efficiency, and innovation in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Multi-Skilled Engineers, ensuring timely completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
Perform and supervise mechanical and electrical repairs.
Communicate breakdowns and repairs effectively via verbal, email, and engineering shift reports.
Drive improvements in plant efficiency and productivity.
Uphold strict Health & Safety standards.
What You’ll Need:

Experience in FMCG environment.
NVQ Level 3 or equivilent within engineering.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Hands-on approach to problem-solving
