Our client is an established organisation looking for a proactive Administrator to join their team based in Leeds.
This is a permanent, part time role and will be contracted to 25 hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 12.30pm.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Administrator who will be primarily responsible for appointment and rota administration duties.
The role:
Effectively managing appointment rotas.
Being the main point of contact for staff when calling in sick.
Contacting service users to rearrange appointments.
Providing administration support to the team.
Maintaining the file management system.
Collating activity reports.
Formatting and distributing the company newsletter.
Preparing, producing, reviewing, and circulating all documents required for meetings.
Developing and maintaining electronic systems and databases. About you:
Must be confident with IT systems including MS Office and Office 365.
An excellent communicator, with great attention to detail.
Highly organised.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines.
