Brook Street is working with a growing client seeking a Norwegian Speaker Customer Services Advisor.

Main duties:

To answer incoming calls and follow up in Norwegian.
To take German speaking customers through the customer journey.
To support clients through a variety of different communication channels
To handle complaints professionally.Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Customer Services Experience

IT proficient

Norwegian speaker
