We are seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Manager to join a dedicated team delivering complex care to children in their homes. This role offers flexible working, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week. The service currently supports around 45 service users and is led by three clinical leads. There is a clear path for progression, with a focus on improving compliance to support future growth.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
Lead and support a skilled clinical team, fostering an inclusive and empathetic culture.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality complex care services for children in their homes.
Drive compliance and quality standards, ensuring CQC regulations are met and exceeded.
Build strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
Translate company values into daily practice through emotional intelligence and effective communication.Registered Manager Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in a care setting,
Work with complex care or children’s services. (Essential)
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance. (Essential)
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Empathetic leader who balances capability, experience, and inclusive leadership.
Previous experience in Management.
Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN. (Desirable)Benefits:
Salary from £55,000 to £70,000 (Registered Nurse)
Salary from £45,000 to £52,500 (None Nurse)
33 days annual leave.
