Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager, ideally with a consultancy background.
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in all situations.
Ability to proactively and positively respond to client needs and report directly to them.
Solid understanding of construction technology to carry out quality inspections and reports.
Experience in construction procurement, contracts (particularly JCT), and project administration.
Experience in the industrial, education, and/or multi-room sectors is desirable but not essential.
Candidates should either hold a professional qualification or be working towards one, with strong support provided for RICS or MCIOB chartership.
Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects.
A self-starter attitude with drive, determination, and creativity.
