Site Administrator
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Based in Hull
Salary: Up to £30,000 dependant on experience
Hours: Mon – Fri and 8:30am until 5pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator to join a well established timber manufacturing company based in Hull.
As they continue to grow they require a Site Administrator to join their existing team. This is a fast-paced role in a sometimes-demanding environment. The successful applicant will be expected to support their team with all things necessary to support the business.
* Booking in of Timber (new jobs) to the site for Treatment
* Taking moisture readings of each job that arrives on the yard
* Entering Timber Treatment Jobs onto Opera and corresponding spreadsheets
* Labelling packs of timber
* Completion of Treatment Certificate/Delivery Note once all packs are treated
* Completion of Charge Sheets throughout the day (inputting on to the system)
* Regularly checking and updating customer Portals and databases.
* Daily update of Treatment List and subsequent schedules for the following shift.
* Stock ordering and control. Following purchasing processes in place to ensure that material and stock is at sufficient levels. Raise, address and satisfy Purchase Orders placed on or required by the company
* Monitor and manage all jobs that enter and leave the yard through the goods inward/outward processes in place.
* To partake in end of month financial procedures including but not limited to invoicing, booking in stock, physical stock takes of packs and flexing dates on sales and purchase orders where applicable.
* Maintain all internal management systems and spreadsheets.
The candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining company presentations and commercial material
* Developing and distributing newsletters and marketing materials
* Developing materials for and attending trade shows
* Ownership of onboarding of new suppliers
* Supporting the Raw Materials team with presentations and analysis
* Collecting and reporting market intelligence and working together with the St1 Commercial
* Team and Value Chain
* Putting together and present sales data and performance reports in Excel
* Ownership for contract management with suppliers
* Supporting the Commercial team in contact with suppliers
