Role: EA / Executive Assistant
Location: Central London
Type: Temporary, until Christmas (office based)
Rate: Up to £20 p/h, depending on experience
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hrs per week
The Executive Assistant/EA role:
We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to a COO and her team. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage communications, organise schedules, and ensure the COO’s day-to-day operations are seamless.
Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, managing a complex diary, arranging travel and maintaining documentation. If you have a proven track record as an EA, exceptional organisational skills, are able to multi-task and have the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/EA:
* Act as the first point of contact for the COO and team with internal and external clients
* Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
* Manage the COO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
* Book and manage travel arrangements
* Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
* Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
* Assisting with preparation for board meetings
Requirements and skills of the Executive Assistant/EA:
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive/c-suite level
* Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
* Organised, with exceptional planning and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Discretion and confidentiality
* Knowledge of company secretary role (not essential)
* An interest in the arts/heritage would be beneficial
