Band 7 MSK Sonographer - Croydon University Hospital,
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Contract Type: Locum (Direct Engagement)
Working Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Additional Hours: Weekend opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

*

Perform high-quality MSK ultrasound examinations including lumps, bumps, and soft tissue assessments

*

Conduct scans of the anterior abdominal wall

*

Interpret results and provide accurate and timely reports

*

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

*

Maintain accurate and complete clinical records in accordance with NHS standards

*

Provide support across additional scan types (where competent)

Essential Requirements:

*

HCPC-registered Sonographer

*

Extensive experience in MSK Ultrasound, including soft tissue and anterior abdominal wall

*

Minimum Band 7 level NHS experience

*

Ability to work independently and within a clinical team

*

Full compliance to NHS framework standards
