Our client Chorley, Lancashire is looking for experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our established and respected home. The home is a 90 bedded and has been designed by a social care experts and architects to provide high quality care. Skilled, caring staff help residents settle into the home, which is equipped with the latest care technology
Role Details
* Job Title: Team Leader
* Salary: £14.50 per hour
* Hours: Full time
* Nights
* 8-8
Essential Requirements for role:
* NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care
* Medication trained
* Valid right to work in the UK
Preferred Requirements for role:
* Care owner with valid drivers’ licence
* Experience managing a team
* Awareness of applying safeguarding measuring in busy environment
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent people skills
* A caring and nurturing attitude
* Positive and enthusiastic outlook
* Good time management skills
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Prepared to take on extra training as required
