Are you an experienced administrator with excellent finance and contract compliance experience? Do you have experience and knowledge of working in the facilities / property / maintenance industry?

We're looking for an experienced person to join our clients contract support team in Liverpool - you'll be working on a specific Facilities Management contract, looking after contract admin, finance support and compliance support across 16 sites.

Ideally you will have excellent general admin skills, as well as experience managing and reconciling invoices, raising PO numbers, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, managing work requests and ensuring all contract compliance is completed and adhered to.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known, national Facilities Management company with excellent opportunities for further progression as well as the opportunity to work on an interesting, and fast paced contract.

You'll be based in the office from Monday to Friday, working 8.30am to 5pm.
