Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (9.5 hours paid)
Rate: £18.00 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable NPORS Traffic Marshall to join our team on a long-term government project based in Aldermaston. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work on a secure and prestigious site.

As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians on-site, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the smooth operation of site logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Direct and manage vehicle movements on-site to ensure safety and efficiency.

* Communicate effectively with drivers, site operatives, and management.

* Ensure compliance with site traffic management plans.

* Conduct regular checks to maintain a safe working environment.

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

* Valid NPORS Traffic Marshall certification (essential).

* Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall on construction or government projects.

* Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Must be willing to undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check, which will be conducted by us.
