Mobile Buildings Services Maintenance Engineer

A leading HVAC maintenance contractor currently has key requirements for a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to cover Commercial Buildings and Offices. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, small plumbing repairs etc. This is a permanent position covering London and Home Counties.

As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be: -
* Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will service and Maintenance of BMS front end systems
* Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will carry regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
* Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will complete breakdown call out Rota on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
* Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will fault finding and repair on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
* Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will be covering in and around London area.
Requirements for the Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer: -
* Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer must have an Electrical Qualification
* Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
* Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
* Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to have breakdown experience on all Electrical systems and Mechanical plant and have worked on plant such as AHU's, pumps and Press Units
* Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to be a genuine commutable distance to London
Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer: - Up to £45k basic + Van & travel time paid + Holiday + Extra days holiday if no sick in the previous year + Benefits
