Your New Company

They are an award-winning principal contractor, that have been established for several years. They have recently won over more projects, which has led an increased workload. They can offer unlimited progression and training to help elevate your career.

Your New Role

Work as a Quantity Surveyor where you have the chance to work on a multitude of varied projects including Infrastructure, Residential and Commercial Projects.

Your role will consist of, but not limited to:

- Pre-Contract negotiation
- Understand CVRs
- Client management and liaison
- Cost Control / variations

Your Experience

You will need to have worked as a Quantity Surveyor for at least ten years, and ideally have experienced the following:

- Working with Tier 1 Contractors
- Experience with NEC / JCT Contracts
- Knowledge of Construction Law
- Previous experience working within Civils / Construction
