A Music Teacher is required for an excellent Durham based secondary school. You will deliver Music to KS3 and KS4. This is a full time Music Teacher role which will begin asap or in October and will be long term and ongoing. This outstanding modern school is very large and mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal candidate would:

* Have good classroom management skills

* Have a passion for teaching Music

* Have excellent subject knowledge

* Be able to organise themselves

* Be able to plan effective, engaging Music lessons.

We are keen to hear from both experienced Music and Drama teachers or ECTs.

To apply for a Music teaching position with Premier Teachers you must hold QTS or QTLS.

In addition, you must:

• Provide two referees we can contact

• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
