Training Administrator
Toro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Administrator on behalf of a valued client within the energy sector. The role of a Training Administrator is, based in Wolverhampton with some flexibility for home working, it is an excellent opportunity for an organised professional with strong administrative skills to support the training needs across a dynamic group of companies.
Responsibilities of a Training Administrator:
* Oversee the administration of training activities across multiple companies, managing and maintaining the training calendar to ensure alignment with operational needs.
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring timely communication and documentation of all training records, certificates, and assessment documents.
* Maintain and update training matrices, working closely with line managers to ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
* Support the approved suppliers list for training providers, managing relationships and tracking training needs and gaps for the business.
* Collaborate with site-based administrators to coordinate training activities, manage attendance, and provide regular feedback to ensure training alignment with site operations.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent IT skills.
* Strong organizational and planning abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Effective written communication skills and the ability to generate and manage reports.
* Proven time management skills, able to handle multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments, ensuring efficient communication and support.
