Sub Assembly Welder/Machine Operator
Location: Daventry
Hours: 8.00am to 4.00pm - 37 ½ hour week

The COMPANY
Our client is an independent company who have carved themselves a niche supplying/designing powertrain components (exhausts, and other specialist Automotive components) to OE Automotive customers. Their reputation and expertise is such that many of the most prestigious manufactures utilise their services. We are proud to be an integral part of our client's continuing success which has resulted in a bulging order book and a recent expansion to a new purpose designed production facility. The company received the Queens Award for Enterprise in 2016.

The ROLE
Due to continued expansion and inward investment they now require an additional person to work in their l workshop. Working as a part of a team you will be responsible for;
* Use welding equipment to manufacture parts and assemblies
* Operate CNC machines
* Preparation and setup of tools and equipment
* Preparation of parts for welding
Full training will be given.

The CANDIDATE
The right candidate will possess;
* Experience within a similar environment
* Mechanical/Engineering skills
* Take a pride in doing their work
* The desire and ability to contribute to the team
* Some welding skills would be advantageous
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills

The Package
Rate: £12.65ph (£24,500pa.) Rising to £13.03 (£25408) after probation + Overtime + Good package;
