Typical responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive maintenance service revenues.
Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services.
