HLTA - Lancaster:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Level 4 qualified Higher Level teaching assistant to join one of our excellent primary schools in Lancaster. You will be supporting small groups of pupils and covering lessons in the teacher's absence.

The successful candidate will have a Level 4 HLTA Qualification and be confident in covering lessons of both core and foundation subjects.

Full time/part time: Full time only
Start date: Dec 2024
End date: Ongoing
Minimum rate of pay: £110 per day (depending on experience)Experience, Training and Qualifications:

Teaching Assistant qualification or higher/equivalent.
Previous experience working in a UK school.
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided). TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional child related references.OTHER
