Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Engineering or Rail sectors.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable executive roles.
* Conduct client visits and build a strong client portfolio.
Requirements:
* Experienced 360 Recruiter in Engineering or Rail.
* Ambitious and driven recruiter with a track record of success.
* Must drive and have own vehicle to conduct client visits.
