Are you an organised and efficient individual with a passion for providing outstanding administrative support? We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of people and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the organisation
Handle incoming calls and accurately record appointments onto the database system
Deal with client queries in a professional and customer-focused manner
Coordinate the postage of products to clients, ensuring timely deliveryContract Details:

- Contract Type: Temporary (4-6 weeks)

- Days: Monday to Friday

- Hours: 9am-5pm

- Pay: £12 per hour

Location: Birkenhead

Requirements:

Proven administrative experience, ideally in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and databases
