Home Manager - Nursing Home – Holt, Norfolk - £75,000

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Home Manager (RGN or RMN) to join a fantastic dementia nursing home in Holt, Norfolk.

The home is part of one of the region's leading nursing homes and they are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join and lead their existing team.

The job duties for this role are:

* Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.

* Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.

* Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.

* Manage the home’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.

* Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy.

* Continuously monitor and evaluate the home’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

* Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.

As a Home Manager (RGN or RMN), you will have:

* An RGN qualification or RMN qualification

* Current registration with the NMC and CQC

* Previous Home Manager experience leading an excellent home
