We are looking for a Mechanical biased Technical Services Manager to join a privately owned, well-run, ambitious and growing Principle Contractor, based near Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

The company deliver Construction Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Wiltshire & Buckinghamshire . Clients span the Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Formula 1 & NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £15 million.

The company is expanding as they continue to win new projects, and due to that growth they are now looking to secure the services of a Commercially savvy, Mechanical biased, Technical Services Manager.

Based on a number of sites, and the company office near Henley-on-Thames, as a Technical Services Manager you will be taking ownership for a range of M&E packages within a range of Interior Fit Out and New Build Construction Projects.

The right person will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £75k-£85k plus car/car allowance, medical , pension, 25 days annual leave and a profit related bonus
