Key Responsibilities:

Providing person-centered care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.
Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
Promoting independence and supporting individuals to engage in social, recreational, and community activities.
Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the individuals in your care.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Requirements:

Previous experience in a care/support worker role is desirable, but not essential.
A caring, empathetic nature with a desire to help others.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
