We are seeking a Part-Time HR Advisor to support a growing IT business in Cumnor, Oxford (OX29). This flexible, office-based role is ideal for an HR Advisor or HR Officer looking to step into a standalone position, taking ownership of the people side of the business. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and hiring process

Oversee onboarding and employee relations

Update and maintain HR policies in line with UK employment law

Foster a positive workplace culture

Ideal Candidate:

HR experience in an SME environment

Strong knowledge of UK employment law

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

*

CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
