About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and client-focused Financial Services Administrator to join our expanding team. This position offers a comprehensive introduction to the financial services industry with excellent prospects for growth and development.

Financial Services Administrator Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional administrative support to financial advisers and the wider team

Process new business applications through internal systems and provider portals

Manage client communications including telephone enquiries and correspondence

Prepare letters of authority and request policy information from providers

Create and maintain comprehensive client files in accordance with regulatory standards

Support compliance procedures and ensure adherence to industry regulations

Draft professional correspondence, letters, and reports

Coordinate office facilities and maintain day-to-day operations
