Financial Services Administrator Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional administrative support to financial advisers and the wider team
Process new business applications through internal systems and provider portals
Manage client communications including telephone enquiries and correspondence
Prepare letters of authority and request policy information from providers
Create and maintain comprehensive client files in accordance with regulatory standards
Support compliance procedures and ensure adherence to industry regulations
Draft professional correspondence, letters, and reports
Coordinate office facilities and maintain day-to-day operations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes
Financial Services Administrator Requirements
Previous administrative experience, ideally within financial services
