Office Manager

Our client, a reputable organisation in Keele, is seeking an Office Manager to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and streamline administrative procedures within the organisation
Manage a team of administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations
Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures
Foster effective communication across the organisation
Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and statements, and reconcile bank statements
Ensure compliance with current legislation and company guidelines for payments, insurances, contracts, and licences
Oversee staff training, induction, and qualifications to ensure compliance and continuous development
Complete regular staff supervisions/appraisals and support other areas of the business as needed
Purchase materials with a cost-effective approach
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelinesRequirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Office Management
Strong time-management and people skills with a high degree of flexibility and multitasking ability
Proficiency with office and accounting applications and enthusiasm for learning new software and systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Positive and professional attitude at all times
Willingness to undergo further training and development as requiredDesirable:
Experience in office management within the service industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
Working knowledge of Sage accounts
