We are working with a construction company near Horley who are looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator to join them on a temp to perm basis.
Responsibilities include;
- General administration across various departments
- Assisting HR with gathering and processing of employee documents i.e. referencing, Right to Work docs etc.
- Carrying out background checks and obtaining security clearance/airside passes where applicable
- Tracking and managing industry relevant licence/certification dates for all staff to ensure renewals are obtained prior to expiry
Successful applicants will have strong administration experience and will ideally be from a compliance background.
Due to the location of the office you must have your own transport.
This is a temp to perm opportunity working 8-5 Mon-Fri and an immediate start is available
