As an Sister/Charge Nurse ICU, you will:

Lead and support your team in delivering high standards of specialist care.
Act as a role model, ensuring all physical and emotional needs of patients are met.
Coach, mentor, and engage your team.
Step up to lead the unit in the absence of the ICU Lead.
Provide bespoke, complex care to patients.

Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
Recognised post-graduate Critical Care Course (60 credits).
Neuro, Spinal, or General ITU experience.
