As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll work alongside the Head Chef, helping to manage the kitchen, lead the team, and maintain high standards. You’ll need:

✔️ Leadership skills to inspire and manage the brigade
✔️ A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality dishes

Sous Chef – £38K

As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and top-quality food. You’ll need:
✔️ Previous experience in a fresh food pub or restaurant kitchen
✔️ A strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure
✔️ Great attention to detail and a passion for cooking
