English Teacher – Secondary School (KS3 & KS4) – Telford

Dunbar Education is currently looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Telford. This role will involve teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students, delivering engaging and effective English lessons across a variety of ability levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.

* Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment.

* Assess, mark, and provide constructive feedback on student progress.

* Collaborate with colleagues and engage with the school community.

* Follow school policies and adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning needs.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.

* Experience teaching English at secondary school level (KS3 & KS4).

* Strong classroom management skills.

* Passionate about supporting student development and achievement.

* Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
