Dunbar Education is now recruiting for a Year 5 Class Teacher in Biggleswade!

About this Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in a supportive and stimulating learning environment. You will play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners and contributing to their academic and personal development.

The successful candidate will be a Key Stage 2 specialist with experience of teaching year 5.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupils' participation and engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's curriculum and educational strategies.
Manage classroom behaviour and foster a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding pupil progress and development.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably Key Stage 2.
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
Passion for teaching and commitment to pupils' educational and personal growth.
Experience with specific educational programs or interventions.
Additional qualifications or training relevant to primary education.
