Due to a recent contract win, we're currnetly looking for a site manager to run a mixed used project in Islington.

This is a full strip out and re-fit into commercial units and residential flats. Works will include groundworks with underpinning, brickworks, M&E, joist works and some roofing works too

The Site Manager will be responsible for -

Managing all sub contractors

Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained throughout the project

Carrying out inductions

Planning short to medium term programme

Organising materials via the inhouse team

Ideal certification -

Ideally have NVQ 7

CSCS card

First aid
