Key Responsibilities:

Planning and monitoring the progress of major projects throughout their lifecycle
Executing detailed schedules for equipment, materials, and labour relative to schedule needs
Managing schedule adherence to meet internal and external customer needs effectively
Identifying and managing project critical paths, risks, and opportunities
Analysing schedule progress and performance
Coordinating workstream resource usage reviews
Engaging stakeholders through clear communication and report preparation

Job Requirements:

Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification and/or experience
Experience in delivering projects within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, presenting, and reporting capabilities
Confidence in leading team meetings, both in-person and online
Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint

Desirable Skills:

Experience in automotive and/or marine engineering
Experience in production assembly
Experience with brown and greenfield construction projects

Based at the Shoreham-by-Sea office, with occasional travel to project sites both nationally and internationally
