Role: Hotel Receptionist

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel in the Nottinghill / Bayswater area of London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Hotel Receptionist to join the team on an immediate basis for an ongoing placement.

Package

From £13.00 per hour depending on experience

What's involved?

Reception duties will include but not limited to:

Checking guests in and out
Taking reservations for room bookings
Assign rooms (Walk-in's)
Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving any customer complaints
Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking
Liaising with all departments on a day to day basisRequirements:

Minimum of 12 months hotel experience from a 4Star + background
Flexibility to work on weekends.
Have a friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work in the UK. - no sponsorships provided
Available immediately with no prior commitments including holiday and able to commit for a min. of 4 weeks.
Ideally have strong PMS systems experience (Opera, Guestline or Protel)
